SSM HealthSt. Mary's Hospital in Janesville, WI is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our outpatient primary care team in a fully outpatient clinic on the hospital campus.

This full-time role offers day hours, no nights or weekends, options for a reduced work week, and a comprehensive package with base salary plus bonus and benefits; training provided and opportunities to choose between Family Medicine or outpatient Internal Medicine tracks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nationally accredited PA or NP program.
• NPs require Family certification.
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin.
• APRN licensure required for NPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in a full-time clinic setting.
• Join family medicine or outpatient internal medicine teams.
• Work with patient-focused support staff; participate in onboarding.
• No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.
