Job summary

Tallahassee Pulmonary Clinic seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our intensive care team. You will work with physicians in hospital ICUs and provide inpatient floor consultations.

Schedule features 7 days on/7 days off, primarily day shifts, with one week of night shifts about every 8 weeks. Some optional evening shifts (5:00–10:00) available for overtime.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an APRN or Physician Assistant.
• Interest or experience in critical care, pulmonary medicine, or hospital-based medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented critical care environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the critical care team.
• Manage and follow patients in the intensive care units.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.

Advanced Practice Provider – Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our critical care team.

This position provides the opportunity to work alongside our physicians caring for patients in the hospital’s intensive care units and providing inpatient floor consultations.

Schedule

• 7 days on / 7 days off
• Primarily day shift
• One week of night shift approximately every 8 weeks
• No regularly scheduled evening shifts, optional 5:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. shifts available for additional/overtime hours
