Minit Medical Urgent Care Maui is hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our energetic care team. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules and a supportive clinical environment on Maui.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Hawaii with prescriptive authority; urgent care, ER, or primary care experience is preferred. Start by November/December 2026 is ideal, with biannual bonus potential and a fast-paced, rewarding work setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with Hawaii license and prescriptive authority.
• Experience in Urgent Care, ER, Primary Care, or Occupational Health preferred.
• Comfortable seeing all age groups and managing a wide scope of care.
• Worker’s Compensation experience is a plus.
• Already on Maui or planning a move, available to start by Nov/Dec 2026.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional care to walk-in patients in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Perform medical assessments, order and interpret tests, and develop treatment plans.
• Document thoroughly and efficiently in the patient record.
• Remain calm and confident in emergent or high-pressure situations.
• Collaborate with MDs, RNs, MAs, and front desk staff.
