inFORME healthcare is seeking a dynamic Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our physician leadership in a post-acute hospital in Harker Heights, TX. You will manage higher-acuity inpatients and participate in weekend rotations with hospitalists.

The role offers a 7-on/7-off full-time schedule or 7–10 shifts per month part-time, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. You will help implement proprietary protocols to improve clinical outcomes and drive quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience as NP/PA.
• Education aligned with licensure and certification requirements for the State of Texas.
• Must be able to work autonomously in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Job description

inFORME healthcare is looking for a dynamic, clinically adept Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our Physician leaders in a post-acute hospital.

Your role will be to manage inpatients that have a higher acuity in the Harker Heights TX area. The patient diagnostic complexity involves managing trach/vent/complicated wound and multiple co-morbidities. You must be comfortable managing acute changes in place.

This position would involve working a shift schedule of 7 on 7 off, (Full Time) or 7-10 shifts per month (Part Time). This will include weekend rotations to manage patients and collaborate with our Hospitalists.

Additionally, you would collaborate with corporate leadership to assist in maintaining optimal momentum of our stellar quality metrics, program components and implementing our proprietary protocols to achieve clinical outcomes.
