inFORME healthcare is seeking a dynamic Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our physician leadership in a post-acute hospital in Harker Heights, TX. You will manage higher-acuity inpatients and participate in weekend rotations with hospitalists.

The role offers a 7-on/7-off full-time schedule or 7–10 shifts per month part-time, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. You will help implement proprietary protocols to improve clinical outcomes and drive quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience as NP/PA.
• Education aligned with licensure and certification requirements for the State of Texas.
• Must be able to work autonomously in a hospital setting.

Responsabilités

• Manage inpatient units with high-acuity patients (trach/vent/complex wounds).
• Work a 7 on/7 off schedule (full-time) or 7–10 shifts per month (part-time).
• Rotations include weekends and collaboration with hospitalists.
• Support corporate leadership with quality metrics and protocol implementation.
