Job summary

Western Geriatrics and Neurology is hiring compassionate NPs and PAs to provide mobile primary care to older adults in homes, SNFs, assisted living, and senior communities. You’ll manage chronic and acute conditions, perform comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Western Geriatrics and Neurology, part of Brigade Health, is hiring compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to provide high-quality mobile primary care to older adults in the comfort of their homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and senior communities.
