University of Michigan’s Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor is expanding the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and seeks a Pediatric Acute Care Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA) to join a high-acuity team in a 0.5 FTE capacity. Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is expanding, offering an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative and dynamic critical care team. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pediatric Acute Care Advanced Practice Professional, to provide comprehensive care to critically ill pediatric patients. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and are committed to delivering exceptional, family-centered care.
The PICU Acute Care APP plays a vital role in managing complex patient populations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Full time Salary range:$134,723- $207,024 / year

This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Michigan Nurses Association and the U-M Professional Nurse Council union, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
