This position requires coordination and clinical skills for the comprehensive management of critical care medicine patients, including biological, social, and psychological assessments. The incumbent will possess specialized skills in patient and family care, initial and ongoing medical management, and invasive procedures. They will coordinate with medical/surgical specialty teams to develop and review comprehensive care plans, participate in directing patient care, and ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities also include performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, peri-procedural services, coordinating discharge planning, and participating in the education of residents and medical/nursing students.
