Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Structural Heart Disease Program within the Heart & Vascular Service Line. The Advanced Practice Clinician will provide medical management and care coordination for patients with structural heart disease in inpatient and ambulatory settings.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team including interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, imaging specialists, and nurses to guide evaluation, procedures, and follow-up care, while

Qualifications

• Completion of a Physician Assistant program and board certification.
• License or license eligible in the State of Delaware.
• BLS & ACLS required; DEA & prescriptive authority required.
• Prefer 2–3 years of acute care experience; cardiology/structural heart preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medical management of patients with structural heart disease in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Coordinate care across hospital, clinic, and procedural settings for seamless transitions.
