AMN Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in Oregon's Willamette Valley for an outpatient role within an expanding APP team. Start ASAP with a pay rate of $130,000.00–$170,000.00 annually. 16–18 patients/day, EPIC with AI scribes, and shared clinic call rotations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of primary care experience and comfortable practicing independently. RVU bonus, $10K sign-on, $10K relocation, CME allowance and licensure reimbursement are offered.

An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Primary Care APP team.

Team-based primary care model

• Support-style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel
• 16–18 patients/day target
• EPIC with AI scribes
• Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed.
• 1:14 days weekday call
• 1:12 weekend call

3+ years primary care experience Comfortable practicing independently
