Job summary

AMN Healthcare is looking for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Stayton, Oregon to manage an independent patient panel. This role offers a team-based primary care model with a target of 16–18 patients per day.

Compensation includes a starting salary of $130K–$170K, RVU bonus opportunities, and a $10K sign-on bonus. With 34 days of PTO in the first year and a full benefits package, this position also offers a beautiful location in the Willamette Valley with easy access to outdoor recreation.

Position Highlights

• EPIC with AI scribes
• Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed
• 1:14 days weekday call
• 1:12 weekend call
