Job Summary
Under the administrative supervision of the Pediatric Department Chair and clinical supervision of a Neonatology Attending, the APN Nurse Practitioner will practice in an inpatient pediatric setting providing clinical care and management of sick neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The APN will also provide delivery room coverage as needed. Performs all duties with the legal guidelines of the Nurse Practice Act and Cook County Health (CCH) policies.
