The role emphasizes independent practice with collaboration and a focus on community health in a not-for-profit setting.

The APRN will develop treatment plans, educate patients on healthy lifestyles, and ensure high-quality care while maintaining an accurate EHR and participating in QA/QI activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Florida APRN license.
• Current BLS (basic life support) certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per PMG policies.
• Prescribe medications within state/federal laws.
• Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
• Maintain the electronic health record per PMG procedures.
• Be available for after-hours coverage and on-call as needed.
