Job summary

Palms Medical Group is seeking an APRN to work independently or with other clinicians to deliver family medicine, pediatrics and related care. Responsibilities include patient care, treatment planning and prescribing within scope, while maintaining EHRs and PMG policies.

Qualified candidates will be licensed APRNs in Florida with BLS, and should be organized, collaborative and capable of mentoring staff in a busy community health setting.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, a self-starter and detailed oriented.
• Travel and cover other sites during provider absences.
• Coach, mentor and train clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary medical services to patients within field of training.
• Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
• Prescribe medication within state and federal laws.
• Maintain the electronic health record per PMG policies.
