Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing Program.
• Active APRN licensure in Arizona.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner and DEA license.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care aligned with NCQA, OSHA, CLIA and TJC standards.
• Evaluate patients, perform exams, diagnose conditions, and propose treatments.
• Prescribe medications and regimens to treat identified conditions.
