Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an NP program approved by the State of Texas; Masters degree required.
• Licenses/Certifications: Texas RN license, APRN license with prescriptive authority eligibility.
• For PA: Graduate of a nationally accredited PA program; Master’s degree preferred; PA licensure in TX.
• DEA licensure eligibility and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care across lifespan within population foci.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, manage, and follow up patient conditions.
• Prescribe medications and participate in care plans under physician delegation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and adhere to protocols and pathways.
