Job summary

The Ohio State University seeks an experienced Manager for Advanced Practice to lead the APP Fellowship Program and coordinate APP Fellows across sites. You will mentor clinicians, oversee education, and partner with APP leadership to standardize best practices.

Reporting to the APP Associate Director, the role focuses on achieving clinical excellence, coordinating fellowship activities, and supporting workforce development in the Wexner Medical Center's Division of Advanced Practice Providers.

Qualifications

• Master of Science Degree Nursing or Master’s in Physician Assistant Science is required.
• APRN license with certification as an NP or NCCPA is required.
• Eligibility for Ohio licensure as a PA-C is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the APP Fellowship Program.
• Provide education design, development, implementation and evaluation for orientation and ongoing training.
• Coordinate APP Fellows placement and administrative/reporting duties across the division.
• Serve as liaison between APP fellows and APP leadership, including senior clinical staff.

Education
