Job summary

Odyssey Locums is seeking CRNAs for a Reading, PA locum tenens assignment. The role covers diverse surgical cases with a focus on patient safety, efficiency, and top-tier compensation. Epic will be the charting system, and credentialing typically completes within 60–90 days.

No MD supervision required in this setting, with generous support from a dedicated recruitment and credentialing team. The opportunity offers flexible scheduling, paid housing and travel, tail coverage, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Active CRNA license in PA or eligibility
• Recent CRNA clinical practice preferred
• Comfort with diverse surgical cases and fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Provide CRNA services for a wide range of surgical cases including general, gynecology, ortho, L&D, cath lab, CV lab, IR and more
• Coordinate care with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Document in Epic; work without immediate MD supervision as applicable
• Navigate credentialing process efficiently (typical 60–90 days) and maintain compliance

The Role:

• Location: Reading, PA
• Assignment duration: ASAP - 6/30/2027
• Shift Type: 10 hours. Regular Hours: 7:00a-5:00p. 4 - 10-hour shifts per week. Full-time position.
• Cases: CRNA coverage for all surgical cases including general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, L&D, Cath lab, CV lab, IR, and house-wide intubations.
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: No.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
