Job summary

Med Source Consultants in Yakima, WA, invites applications for an Advanced Practice Clinician Resident – Family Medicine. This year-long residency targets recent NP/PA graduates and offers a structured mentoring program and a precepted continuity clinic to build your own patient panel with experienced provider support.

You will rotate through cardiology, women's health, pediatrics, dermatology, podiatry, and more, with weekly didactic sessions and Lunch and Learn programs.

Responsibilities

• Year-long residency program designed for recent Advanced Practice Clinician graduates (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants)
• Structured mentoring and guidance program to develop clinical skills in a supportive environment
• Precepted Continuity Clinic where you build your own patient panel with dedicated experienced provider support
• Specialty rotations in cardiology, women's health, pediatrics, dermatology, podiatry, and more
• Mentored clinics working alongside experienced providers with delegated patient care responsibilities
• Weekly didactic sessions including live web-based learning and Lunch and Learn programs
• Focus on community health and family medicine with underserved patient populations
• Team-based approach to patient care with opportunity to develop long-term patient relationships
• Structured orientation and twelve-month ramp-up schedule
• Committed preceptorship throughout the entire residency program
• Relocation assistance available up to $6,600
