Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certificate.
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Oregon.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• DEA certification.

Responsibilities
