Qualifications

• Certifications: LIC-Licensed Nurse Practitioner - Tennessee
• LIC-Physician's Assistant Certified - Tennessee
• Work Experience: Relevant Work Experience
• Experience Level: 1 year
• Education: Master's

Responsibilities

• Assessment of Health Status: complete history and physical for acute and chronically ill patients; coordinate daily clinic schedule with physician team.
• Formulates Plan of Care: develop outcomes and evidence-based plans across the continuum of care.
• Prescribes Diagnostic Strategies and Therapeutic Interventions: clinical treatments, procedures within privileges.
• Communication and Collaboration: maintain ongoing interprofessional communication and document care and reports.
• Documentation: timely progress notes, plans of care, discharge summaries in medical records.
• Professional Practice: engage in teaching, research, Grand Rounds, continuous professional development.
