Qualifications
Active and unrestricted state NP or PA license, or ability to obtain by start date.
Master’s degree or higher (NP or PA).
National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
Manage complex acute and chronic medical & behavioral health conditions.
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team.
Skills

Master’s degree or higher (NP or PA)
1+ year of clinical experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift a 30-lb clinical bag
