Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required
• Active RN license and APRN license in state(s) of practice
• Active national board certification in area of clinical practice
• Active DEA registration prior to hire
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by clinical practice
• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience: No experience required

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient care and treatment plans
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies and therapies
• Provide health promotion and disease prevention counseling
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and refer to physicians as needed
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliant coding/billing
• Support coordinated care and clear communication among care team and community agencies
• Perform office or hospital procedures within scope of practice where applicable
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives and committee work
• Educate and onboard new team members and students
• Maintain productivity and quality metrics for timely patient care
