Kaiser Permanente seeks a Clinical Specialist Staff Fellow to design treatment programs and mentor staff and students within a regional PT specialty. The role splits time between the Kaiser Permanente PT Fellowship program and main PT department or satellite MOBs, with weekend and holiday work likely.

Responsibilities include patient care, clinical education, and collaboration with physicians to optimize treatment plans across the region.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy (BS, MS, DPT or PhD).
• Completion of a minimum of 200 hours of approved physical therapy continuation education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Designs physical therapy treatment programs in the specialty area.
• Provides in-service education to staff and students.
• Acts as a mentor to students and department staff.
• Attend instructional classes related to their specialty and meet program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Kaiser policies.
