Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required and able to communicate with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and ensure correct labeling.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing.
• Provide exemplary patient service and maintain a clean collection environment.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory.
