Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III for the Laredo, TX territory, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves travel within an assigned territory to collect specimens, ensuring accurate labeling and patient identification to support high-quality lab results.

You will work independently with a focus on low error rates while providing exceptional patient and client service. A valid phlebotomy certification in required states and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• Travel up to 75%.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection including venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy.
• Obtain patient identification and enter data accurately.
• Travel within the territory to PSCs and IOPs, providing professional service.
• Maintain compliance with testing protocols and documentation.
