Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is required.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in compliance audits and documentation.
• Prepare reports and support regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and clinicians to ensure continuity of services.
• Mentor technicians and support onboarding and competency validation.
• Distribute medication and prepare sterile and non-sterile products.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cold chain custody.
• Assist in hazardous drug handling and USP guidance compliance.
