Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, seeks an Advanced Pharmacy Technician to join a closed‑door pharmacy team supporting long‑term care facilities. This full‑time role focuses on accurate dispensing, regulatory compliance and reliable service in a secure back‑end setting.

You will work across packaging, staging, returns, receiving, IV, compounding, and other workstations, coordinating with supervisors and drivers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining inventory and medication

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• One or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.
• PTCB National Certification preferred.
• Five or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work to ensure medication needs and regulatory compliance for patients.
• Assist in back-end workflow across packaging, dispensing, and order prep.
• Coordinate stock rotations and verify deliveries and accuracy.
• Perform physical inventories of medication.
