Qualifications
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law
- One or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent
- Prior long-term care experience (preferred)
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting (preferred)
- PTCB National Certification (preferred)
- Five or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow for assigned areas that prepare and process medications
- Work in packing, staging, returns, receiving, narcotics, IV, compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill
- Perform physical inventories of medication
