Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Advanced Pharmacy Technician for its Omnicare closed-door pharmacy team. You will support medication order fulfillment, packaging, dispenses, and regulatory compliance across multiple pharmacy workstations.

The role requires state-registered technician credentials and 1+ year of experience, with preferred long-term care or retail/pharmacy experience. Competitive benefits and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience.
• PTCB National Certification is preferred.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow for assigned areas that prepare and process medications.
• Rotate and work in various pharmacy workstations including Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Ekit, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill, Machine Packaging.
• Receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and timely.
• Perform physical inventories of medication.
