• Provides continuous observation of patients under anesthetic care and corrects abnormal patient responses.
• Participates, develops, and implements performance and/or quality improvement initiatives.
• Adheres to legal and ethical standards of nursing and AAANA; follows safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Acts as a clinical resource to interdisciplinary health care team; may mentor staff or students.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
