Jefferson Health seeks a Patient Care Technician II for the Surgical/Trauma Unit. The role delivers advanced direct and indirect patient care under licensed clinicians, with emphasis on safety, de-escalation, and care coordination. Candidates should hold a CNA/PCT certification and have healthcare experience.

ACLS and BLS are preferred; pediatric units favor PALS. Training and mentorship duties may be required as part of the role across rotating shifts in a major hospital setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PCT or related certification (Certified nursing assistant) and a minimum of 2 years nursing assistant, PCT, or healthcare experience required.
• ACLS strongly preferred; BLS required; PALS preferred for pediatric units.

• Provides advanced direct and indirect patient care under supervision of the licensed clinical team.
• Acts as resource/mentor in safe patient handling and de-escalation techniques.
