Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience required.
• 1-2 years of insurance experience required.
• Three or more years in Patient Access or related revenue cycle roles preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate patient registration, including complex registration and financial clearance.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for accurate revenue cycle processing.
• Support authorization, financial clearance, and point-of-service collection activities.
• Act as a resource for Patient Access workflows and provide team guidance.
• Offer training, mentoring, and shift-level coaching to staff.
