Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled automotive painter to prepare surfaces, assist in blending, and ensure timely delivery of painted vehicles across our growing network. You will work with a dedicated paint team to achieve high-quality finishes and meet scheduled timelines.

Ideal candidates bring vehicle paint process experience, I-CAR certification is preferred, and a collaborative attitude. A background check is required as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle paint process.
• I-CAR certification preferred.
• Able to follow directions and work well with others.
• Must pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting.
• Assist painter in pre-paint blending needs.
• Work with paint team to keep delivery on schedule.
• Fill dents or scratches with body fillers and smooth surfaces.
• Buff and wax the finished paintwork.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power equipment.
