Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License required in Arizona.
• Master's Degree from an accredited program needed.
• National Certification or certification eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and compliance with care plans.
• Provide acute and chronic pain care, including monitoring therapies.
• Document patient information and maintain privacy and confidentiality.

Education
