Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. seeks a Production Operator III to join a team-oriented production line. You will operate automated equipment, diagnose machinery issues, support preventive maintenance, and uphold sanitation standards across equipment.

You’ll use Enterprise software for data input, retrieval and reporting, and ensure all activities meet product safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. You’ll work as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification course may be required (HVAC, auto).

Responsibilities

• Check and adhere to production work schedule and reporting times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times while on duty.
• May operate facility metal detector; must be trained and certified.
• Comply with work rules, safety rules, and GMPs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
