Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• 5 years of current clinical practice.
• CCC-SLP - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology.
• BLS - Basic Life Support.
• AHA - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with staff, patients, and visitors to deliver therapy.
• Provides therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning for a full caseload in acute care, skilled facility, rehab, and outpatient settings.
• Participates in student education and mentoring of junior clinicians.
• Plans, organizes, and delivers treatment programs to help patients recover and rehabilitate.
• Documents health progress, interventions, and discharge summaries.
