Qualifications

• 7 years of current clinical practice with at least 2‑3 years in specialty, and at least 2000 hours of specialty practice.
• PA Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced therapy evaluations and treatment planning for a full patient caseload across settings.
• Performs specialty teaching and assists with staff orientation and competency assessment.
• Coordinates program development and participates in student and resident education.
• Plans and delivers treatment programs to help patients recover and rehab.
• Shares clinical expertise through educational forums and participates in research activities.
• Provides input to leadership on annual competencies and clinical education needs.
• Ensures alignment with Jefferson Health values in daily operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
