Job summary

SABG is seeking an Operations Support Analyst (Advanced) – Navy Cell to support Warfighter Operational Integration for the Missile Defense Agency. The role is based at Ft. Belvoir, VA and requires the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. The candidate will lead Navy coordination with ASN RDA, OPNAV, and Joint Staff, and develop executive-ready materials.

Strong MS Office skills and experience with DoD coordination are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher (Bachelor’s degree may be substituted with an additional 5 years experience)
10 years experience coordinating with Combatant Command, Service Headquarters, Joint Staff, or DoD Agency (MDA, DITRA, DARPA, etc.)
6 years experience must be in the missile defense industry

Responsibilities

Lead high-level coordination and strategic communication with Navy stakeholders and senior defense leadership.
Prepare succinct executive talking points, point papers, and presentations for engagements with Navy leaders, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Congress.
Support senior leadership forums, board meetings, and working groups in the Warfighter Integration Directorate.
Apply knowledge of AEGIS, Standard Missiles, BMDS, and IAMD architectures to evaluate operational requirements and gaps.
Conduct mission analyses on complex weapon system integration and develop data-driven COAs for decision-making
