Qualifications

• PGY‑1 or 3 years of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting required.
• PHARMD - Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice required.
• Board certification within one year of eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Prepare IV admixtures and compounds sterile products.
• Dispense controlled substances and maintain inventory.
• Participate in patient care rounds and develop therapeutic plans.
• Provide educational services to pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals.
