Job summary

Operose Health in Croydon is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their GP hub team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a supportive on-boarding process and a clear pathway to compliance and onboarding.

You should be an NMC-registered practitioner with advanced clinical practice training or working towards non-medical prescriber status, plus a minor injury and illness qualification. Level 7 MSc or ACP accreditation is desirable.

Qualifications

• NMC registered with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber status.
• Minor injury and illness qualification.
• Aim for Level 7 MSc Practitioner or ACP accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care from history taking to diagnosis, treatment and evaluation.
