Job Description
You will work on an agile engineering team to develop and maintain radiation analysis methods and associated modeling and software tools used for shield design for the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. You will engage with a broad cross section of NNPP experts to control radiation exposure through the life cycle of naval reactors. You will need to balance autonomy and interdependence to support the team in delivering high‑quality engineering analysis tools that enable the Shielding organization to successfully support the NNPP mission. There is a strong team of trained personnel that will support you during your development as an expert in the radiation shielding field. You will be expected to seek out mentorship from experienced colleagues that are committed to your growth and development. Pay Range
$86,100.00 - $134,600.00 annually
Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
