Job summary

Integrity Specialists, LLC, an SI Solutions Company, is seeking an Advanced Pipeline NDE Technician to conduct integrity assessments on interstate pipelines using UT, MT, and PT. The role leads field teams, manages small projects, and requires extensive travel with strong documentation skills.

Candidates should have Level II MT/UT, experience with Phased Array UT, laser scanning, and RSTRENG/KAPA analysis. Competitive compensation with benefits and travel support are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NDT, including pipeline integrity work.
• 2+ years of Bellhole Examinations for pipeline integrity.
• Level II certifications in MT & UT with documented training hours.
• Proficiency with Phased Array UT (Omniscan) and laser scanning tools.
• RSTRENG or KAPA analysis and calculations knowledge.
• Valid Operator Qualifications through ITS, Veriforce, or ISNetworld.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability and willingness to travel 90% of the time.
• Must pass a drug screening after conditional offer.
• Must meet physical requirements: lifting, standing, bending, etc.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We’re building a Talent Community of experienced Advanced Pipeline NDE Technicians who may be a good fit for future opportunities with Integrity Specialists.

As an Advanced Pipeline NDE Technician, you will perform integrity assessments on interstate pipelines using both conventional and advanced NDT methods. You will lead field teams and manage small-scale projects with minimal oversight, working closely with engineers, inspectors, and project managers. This role requires significant travel and strong technical documentation and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pipeline assessments using traditional methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
• Utilize advanced inspection tools such as Phased Array UT (Omniscan), Eddyfi Spyne, and Creaform Laser Scanning for hard spot and geometry evaluations.
• Identify, characterize, and document pipeline flaws including SCC, corrosion, dents, hard spots, and other anomalies.
• Generate detailed and technically accurate reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Provide photographic documentation of anomalies and support field repair validation efforts.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain clean driving records.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and reporting procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of inspection projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in NDT, including pipeline integrity work.
• 2+ years of experience conducting Bellhole Examinations for pipeline integrity.
• Level II certifications in MT & UT with documented training hours.
• Proficiency with the following preferred: Phased Array UT (Omniscan), Creaform Laser Scanning and RSTRENG or KAPA analysis and calculations
• Valid Operator Qualifications through ITS, Veriforce, or ISNetworld.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability and willingness to travel 90% of the time.
• Must pass a drug screening following a conditional offer of employment.
• Must meet physical requirements: lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, visual acuity, and frequent driving.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $31-35+ per hour, depending on experience
• Competitive salary with 30-hour per week minimum guarantee
• Per diem while traveling

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts
• Day shift Monday - Saturday
• Overtime available
