Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods. This role involves leading inspection scopes, analyzing complex data, and serving as a subject matter expert with frequent client interaction and high standards for safety and quality.

Recommended qualifications include multiple Level II/III certifications, API/AMPP credentials, and prior refinery or petrochemical experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, or other site credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Experience with obtaining Team Level II/III qualifications/certifications per TEAM schema.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours in field environments.
• Prior refinery/petrochemical/fabrication exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and industry codes.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex data; provide detailed reports and recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and verify objectives.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups and testing.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, and procedure qualifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and TEAM’s Life Critical Expectations.
