Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC invites an experienced Senior Advanced Modality Technologist to join its Radiology Team, delivering high-quality imaging services across settings.

You will prepare patients and equipment, perform independent imaging studies (including on-call, portable, and site-specific exams), mentor staff, and lead safety and quality initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance through ACR and JC standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from trade school.
• 2-5 years of experience; preferred 5-10 years.
• Licenses such as R.T.(R), CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS; IEMA (excl MRI) for Illinois.
• CPR and IV therapy certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and equipment.
• Performing independent imaging studies (including on-call, portable, and site-specific exams).
• Overseeing quality assurance and regulatory compliance (ACR, JC).
• Participating in safety and process improvement initiatives.
• Mentoring new staff and students; leading department efforts in patient experience, employee engagement and quality enhancement.
