The role requires ARRT certification and a Kansas radiology license within 60 days, plus a 2-year AMA Radiologic Technology program or equivalent post-graduate experience in an advanced modality.

Formación

• Completion of a 2-year AMA School of Radiologic Technology is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; four years' post-graduate work in an Advanced Modality may substitute for education.
• ARRT certification and Kansas radiology license required within 60 days upon hire if needed in advanced modality.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily activities of the Advanced Modality department, including work assignments and time off approvals.
• Monitor performance, workflow, and address issues to keep operations smooth.
• Coordinate outpatient flow with inpatients to minimize wait times and expedite patient care.
• Develop and maintain department schedules to optimize patient care and staff utilization.
• Contribute to policy/procedure updates and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Review monthly budgets and operate within approved financial constraints.
