Job summary

Plansee Group USA in Towanda, PA, specializes in recycling tungsten and producing premium tungsten powders for global applications. The site supports U.S. aerospace and defense sectors with critical materials.

We are seeking an Hourly Millwright trainee to install, repair, and maintain piping, machines, and metal fabrications. You will perform welding, rigging, and safety tasks under supervision to ensure leak-free, compliant work.

Qualifications

• A.A.S degree or equivalent industrial experience.
• Pass visual, hearing, and physical tests and complete Powered Industrial Truck Operator Training course.
• Pass color vision requirements test.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, or repair piping systems and test for leaks.
• Safely attach, support, and hang piping and move machines using rigging.
• Perform welding (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW) and various fabrication tasks.
• Follow safety procedures (LOTO, confined spaces, hot work, fall protection).
• Identify and install correct valves (ball, butterfly, check, gate).
• Maintain area cleanliness and comply with regulations.
