Job Summary

Restore is seeking a licensed esthetician with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of wellness professionals and lead our skin health department.

Qualifications - Must Haves*

1. You’re a current SC licensed esthetician
2. You’re Hydrafacial certified
3. You have experience with micro needling, chemical peels, laser hair removal or another laser device
4. You have a book of business can bring with you & know how to build new clients
5. You have the ability to train & coach other employees & estheticians
6. You have a track record of driving revenue and hitting sales quotas
7. Your verbal and written communication skills are sharp
8. You value ethics and integrity.
9. You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best

Responsibilities

1. People Management
2. Attend monthly Esthetician calls and report back to the management team and any additional estheticians on staff with news, updates, and protocol changes
3. Ensure all estheticians are trained on all new protocols and products
4. Ensure treatment rooms are properly equipped with supplies and fulfill all requirements including but not limited to MSDS, necessary files, paperwork, manuals, and products
5. Work with the management team on esthetic staff evaluations and disciplinary action.
6. Performing consultations and administering Cryoskin along with other esthetic services
7. Building and maintaining your own client base
8. Maintaining accurate records of each session
9. Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
10. Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained
11. Selling Restore’s esthetic services to existing and new clients
12. Cross-selling other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services
13. Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed
14. Educating clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience
15. Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.
