This on-site role involves mentoring students in inpatient clinical settings, bridging classroom learning with real-world patient care, and supporting student development in clinical skills.

Responsibilities include:

1. Implementing curriculum and clinical teaching aligned with program outcomes.
2. Planning and supervising clinical experiences, providing feedback, and evaluating student performance.
3. Maintaining current knowledge of clinical policies and developing clinical assignments.
4. Possibly teaching didactic content under supervision and participating in program development.
5. Collaborating with staff, faculty, and administration to enhance student satisfaction and program quality.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Nursing (MSN) or DNP/PhD in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Unencumbered California nursing license.
• Active BLS certification.
• At least two years of recent professional nursing experience, with some instructional experience preferred but not required.

Additional Information: Compensation is $65/hour for up to 8 hours/day, with overtime at $97.50/hour. The role requires one weekday shift per week, scheduled in Riverside or Van Nuys areas.
