Job summary

Mathnasium of South Charlotte and Monroe is seeking an Advanced Math Tutor to teach in-center and online using the Mathnasium Method. You will collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting and assess student progress throughout lessons.

We offer consistent, part-time hours after school and on weekends, a supportive work culture, training, and advancement opportunities. Ideal candidates are passionate about math and helping students excel.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency in Math III, Precalculus, Calculus, Statistics, SAT/ACT Math preparation.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
